JACK BROADLEY

Jack Broadley is Founding Director of Pelorus Consulting. His background is within the Organisational Development (OD) field, specialising in leadership, team effectiveness and personal development. He has Board-level and international experience, having provided HR and learning development solutions in the US, Middle East, Africa & Europe. His early career was the Royal Navy. He is a former Partner of OD consultancy Qudos UK and worked with clients including Eli Lilly, UniChem, Bacardi, Ministry of Defence and the NHS. A former HR/Business Director for Coutts, in 2004 joined Henley Business School as Executive Fellow within the Leadership, Change and HR Faculty. Here he served as Client Director within Corporate Learning, responsible for IBM EMEA, delivering Executive Development Programmes for Vodafone, ABB and Ford. He established Pelorus in 2008 and has worked with Lloyds of London, Duke CE, NBC Universal, Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR), BAe, Goodwood and Roche. He holds a MSc in Psychology, Sociology & Organisational Analysis from Warwick University Business School.

KAREN MCKEEVER

Karen McKeever is a People Director with a background in senior HR and management roles. She specialises in organisational effectiveness, change management and people leadership. She works with organisations to improve business performance. She is passionate about identifying pragmatic, effective solutions to organisational problems while enabling individuals, teams and organisations to deal with change in an agile way. Her background lies in the technology and retail sectors. She worked at Cambridge Silicon Radio (CSR) Ltd as Head of Organisational Development and Samsung Electronics as HR Director, as well as in HR/management roles for The Link, Currys and Dixons Stores Group International. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and holds the ILM 7 Coaching and Mentoring qualification. She is an accomplished speaker: appearances include CIPD Reward and Recognition; Kenexa’s European and Global conferences and PwC Conference on Reward and Change Management. She has won many awards for her work in the HR change arena.

NEIL MUNZ-JONES

Professional services providers are having to rethink their sales methods and adapt to profound changes in the way clients buy services today. Neil is the founder and Director of Mdj2 Associates, a management consultancy whose background is retail and consumer-facing businesses. Prior to this, he held director level positions at Kingfisher, B&Q and Caradon. Neil was also Managing Director of Friedland a market leader in the manufacture and supply of branded, consumer products to international DIY retailers, where he implemented a new strategy to restore declining profitability. His expertise covers Strategy, Commercial, Organisation Design, Programme and Change Management. He has a BA (Hons) from Oxford and an MBA from INSEAD. He is a hands-on practitioner with extensive line-management experience and an experienced strategy workshop facilitator, having conducted 40+ workshops in Europe, Africa and The Americas covering multiple sectors: FMCG, Mining, Oil & Gas, Transport, Food and Pharma. Author of The Reluctant Networker, he has given talks for organisations including The FT, Philips, Barclaycard and The National Audit Office.

Dr Katja Kruckeberg, MBA, is an international consultant who specialises in strength-based leadership development, executive coaching and personal excellence. Katja has designed and delivered management and leadership development programs for many leading global companies, working with senior and middle managers from diverse cultural and industrial backgrounds. Before founding her own consultancy company (KKC), Katja acted as Client Director and Senior Consultant for Mannaz. Clients she has worked with include Canon Europe, EADS, Alcatel-Lutrecht, Deloitte, Rockwool, Alfa Laval, Fujitsu and Nestlé, adopting innovative and efficient learning methods to enable people development and business success. Over the past 15 years he has worked in management and consulting roles with FTSE 250 clients including Rolls-Royce, GlaxoSmithKline, eBay, HSBC, Volvo, Vodafone, BP, BMW, Reed Elsevier, Cisco, IBM, the NHS and the World Bank. He has also worked with smaller companies undergoing periods of rapid expansion through organic growth or acquisition. He is MBA-qualified and a PRINCE II Practitioner.
